If BrightSign doesn’t see any content on your CF card, that card may not be compatible with the player, or there might be a bent pin in the CF card slot.
- Verify the card is inserted fully into the slot.
- Verify the content on the flash card is not in a sub folder, but in the root of the card.
- Check the CF slot for a bent pin.
- Reformat your CF card in FAT32 format.
- Try a different brand and/or size card.
