    Joe,

What do you mean by "first channel change"?

Is Audio going over HDMI or Analog?

    You said:

"Using HDMI, there is a directory of channels. when changing the channels the audio drops. continue to change channels the video drops."

Still not clear about what a "directory of channels" means. By channel do you mean a video file?

Just for a bit of troubleshooting, please set your presentation to send audio to both HDMI and analog, and see if audio drops on the analog output too.

Sorry that I cannot be of much help, as I'm not familiar with the Appspace environment.

In this particular case, are you just changing ATSC channels on the TV?

When the client changes the TV channels, the fist channel has video and audio, but then they change to a 2nd TV channel they can see the video but the audio is gone. They change to 3rd channel both the video and audio are gone. To get it back they have to resync or reset the players.

    I'm curious.

From your description, it sounds like the player is only controlling the TV tuner.

    Is that correct?

What does the client interact with, when changing channels?

Is that the TV remote? Is that a touch screen connected to the players?

Could you describe the application, and the user experience?
