I am writing a BrightScript Plugin to show an HTML page. I managed to show HTML page, but also i need to post user credentials to existing page. On server side, php is used and we are only allowed to send user infos with POST method. That rules out embedding credentials into url.
On BrightScipt, i firstly created roHtmlWidget object, then set a url to it and finally showed the page. However, i could not find a way to post my credentials to the server.
roUrlTransfer object is used to post string or file, but i could not reconcile roUrlTransfer and roHtmlWidget objects in terms of functionality. So, i need some help.
