Running on LS432 in portrait mode. It does not seem like video supported, meaning the video is not rotated to match the portrait mode that the unit is in. Can you please confirm this?

Brandon LS422 does not support rotation, so you need to provide it rotated landscape 1920x1080 video (V appears as < or > depending on rotation direction)

Matt So does that mean when you are in Bright Author and you create a portrait presentation (say bottom on left), and you have a 1080x1980 video, you have to rotate that video, to the left so its 1920x1080 ?
