Pull new images upon receiving a UDP message

I'm trying to setup a system in which I have 11 players that would pull new images upon receiving a udp message. The images would be stored on a pc attached to the same network. Currently I create individual presentations and publish them to each player every time that I need to change the images. The images stay the same for a couple of weeks at a time.

Thank you for any suggestions.

MRSS feeds could be a good way to manage the content.

Look at the MRSS Generator in this page

I keep getting pointed to the MRSS, however I'm having difficulty I tried using the image generator, it appears to have worked but when I upload to the BrightSign player I just get a black screen not my images.

An MRSS feed is typically hosted on a web server, and connected to, through an http url.

The PC on your local network, would be the place to store the XML file, and serve it through a web server, running on the PC.

    This server maybe?

The links in your MRSS XML may need to be tweaked to point at your local server, to look something like this: http://YoLightServer/OneOfMyfiles.mp4

To set up the MRSS connection, you would user BrightAuthor-> Presentation Properties -> Data Feeds
