BrightSign and EloTouch

Hi There...
I´m trying to connect an Elo Touch screen to a BrightSign (software 1.0.72).
How do I calibrate? I have calibrated it on an XP-PC, but when I connect it for the BrightSign the touch area is somehow "turned around"- I am running the BrightSignDemo.
Connecting a mouse works allright. I cannot find any manuals/material on this issue at Roku.com

    I sent you an email asking for the model elo you are using.



    Also, try switching from portrait mode to landscape on your touch screen.

    I've run into the same trouble. Works fine w/ 1529L, upside down with 1525L.



    Anything I can do about this other than re-plotting the elo events in the cvs file for the 1525L ?

    Is this the manual for the 1525L that is "upside down"?

    With the magnetic strip reader?

    Mine doesn't have the mag card reader, but otherwise appears to be the same. The manual I downloaded, which I think is the right one is labeled 008520_e.pdf . Sorry I can't provide the link right now.          g

    We have software update with a solution to this problem.  It is in "beta testing" now.  If you need it, contact roku customer care.
