Hello. I think something may have happened to my HD120. I tested with a completed project earlier and it worked fine. Then I tried to create a new project, updating the video files and replacing the old files on my SDHC card. There is a silent attract loop and a main video that plays after a button press. This was working fine with the first test project, but now, I only get a black screen during what I assume is the running silent attract loop. When I hit the button, I hear the audio from the main video, but there is again no video image. I've tried using the "reset" button, holding it down 10 seconds, but this hasn't helped. The original test project now exhibits the same behavior (no video, just audio).
When I plug in the player to power when connected via HDMI to the TV, but leave the card out. I see a black screen. Should I be seeing a logo? Also, the red err light comes on.
Is there anything I can do to test the unit?
