Feature Request: Clone Attributes/Settings

I think we asked about this a while back, but one thing that we would find extremely useful in BrightAuthor is the ability to  copy and paste settings and touch regions from one file to another, which would save us a huge amount of time creating touch regions over and over again. For example, if you have 100 files all with a link to the same thing, you have to go in and create 100 individual touch regions - if you could copy and paste that region to all of them it would save a lot of time!

On a recent project I had a great many cases of this: I used Notepad (yes, Microsoft's oldest program) to edit the .bpf file and it worked OK. But it is easy to make a slip; be sure to make a backup first. I used to tell my wife: "I'm starting a BPF edit, DO NOT DISTURB". Yes, I wish we could copy-paste touch regions.

This feature has been added to our todo list. We intend to make it available in BrightAuthor sometime in the future.

It seems in 3.8 you can copy and paste states at least, though they are linked (i.e. you copy an image list and paste it, they both are linked to the same image folder, and if you change one it changes the other)

to clarify I mean the media library folder seems to be global (remembers last used folder which is probably useful for general use cases)

Any update on this? Facing a project right now with about 80 media files that all need at least 8 UDP commands each. A lot of clicking and typing! Would be really slick to just be able to copy a clip, and right click on another and select 'paste attributes' - or at least be able to just copy one piece of media multiple times with all the events, and then replace the actual media so all the associated events are intact.
