How'd They Make That CubeSmart Presentation?

I am really interested in doing something like this for an upcoming project.

That's the BrightSign CubeSmart interactive signage experience.

I'd like to do something similar, but I'm curious how this is setup. It appears to be a number of precisely timed video loops with defined touch regions. Or perhaps its HTML5?
