Media RSS Feed works on PC with preview, but not on device

We have a LS422 that we are wanting to stream a MRSS feed from a Photobucket account. Everything looks to work perfectly fine when we create the layout but when we publish the project to a SD card nothing happens. I have checked the port the player is connected to and it can get outside the network. I have also checked through the diagnostics tools and I can ping outside the network just fine.

Any ideas

Can you provide the MRSS feed link?

Well I just figured out why the feed didnt work, the space in the folder name, but now I have ran into another problem. The pictures seem to display for 2-3 seconds then go blank for 8-10 then it switches to the next photo displays for 2-3 seconds and goes blank. What could be causing this?

Spaces will work, but the URL needs to be properly URL-encoded, so the proper URL would've been
    http://feed844.photobucket.com/albums/f83/dmcnamara2lmisystemsinc/Front%20Waiting%20Area/feed.rss

Photobucket's direct image links do a redirect to an HTML page version when referenced directly, not sure if it's related.

Does your presentation just have an image zone with the MRSS Feed or are there other zones?

2 zones, one is a static image on the screen that is a background and the MRSS feed plays on top of that on the side

Please post your BrightAuthor presentation (.bpf) file, or if you don't want it public, create a support ticket online or by emailing support@brightsign.biz

Uploaded the file with some sample data on it. Really we are wanting to have a background static image then post newsletters or company wide pictures/updates over, nothing that complicated

Z-order for overlapping image zones is not defined.

To reliably get your image behind the MRSS images, create a Background Image zone and put the image in that zone.  Note that Background Image zones use the video player and you can only have one Background Image zone in a presentation.

Please Export your presentation and send us a download link.

This article describes how to export a project from BrightAuthor:
    http://support.brightsign.biz/entries/26299684-How-to-Export-a-BrightAuthor-presentation-and-associated-content-

Files larger than 7 MB will require sending us a link to download. You can upload the file to Google Drive, Copy.com, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Hightail, or another service that can generate public links.

    Some options:
Copy.com - if you're not already signed up, signing up through this link will give you 5GB additional storage, for a total of 20GB once you install the client software. https://copy.com?r=Cvu31t

Dropbox.com - if you're not already signed up, signing up through this link will give you 500MB additional storage, for a total of 2.5GB once you install the client software. https://db.tt/0QZE04C

Note that in most cases you need to install the computer client, then copy/move the file(s) to your Dropbox/Copy folder on the computer, then you can right-click it and copy or share a Public Link which you can paste into your ticket response.
