LG88BH7D and XT244

Has anyone used an XT244 with an LG88BH7D Ultrastretch screen, the resolution (3840 x 1080?) seems to be supported but I am getting a blank screen. What am I doing wrong?

    is this still an open issue? I know we've had to make some firmware changes to get one or more stretch screens working. I don't see your model in our support queue for customer reported issues. please retest with 8.0.119 firmware if you haven't already.

    Thanks, I have got this working now but will check the firmware version and update if necessary.
