In the process of trying to setup a HD224 player. device is on the network and I have gone through the setup wizard. (https://docs.brightsign.biz/display/DOC/Device+Setup
During setup I entered the URL for the web folder where content is stored and have also published content to this folder using the BrightAuthor software.
All I get though on the TV display is a purple screen stating that the BrightSign player is setup and ready. I cannot see anything in the log file (from DWS) telling me that it is even attempting to pull content from the URL.
What would be the best place to start to troubleshoot bearing in mind the device is located behind ceiling tiles and is not easily accessible.
