ERROR MESSAGE: "Unable to access Brightsign at that IP address" - XD1033

Hi all,

I am using BrightAuthor 4.7.2.12 to create presentations on networked players (XD 1033). Under the "Publish" tab I recently chose to push through a firmware update (8.2.26) for one of the Brightsign players. When I did this I could not see the player on my list of networked units anymore. 

Even when I try to search for the player's IP address I get the following message:
"Unable to access BrightSign at that IP address".

I've checked the BrightSign is on. The connection at its network port is fine. Any suggestions for what my next course of action should be?
