XT244 won't allow access via web interface

Hi,

I have an XT244 that will not allow me to access it via the normal web interface in the browser. It gives connection either refused or unexpectedly closed the connection.

We have reset it and still the problem persists. What can we try next ?

    I have this same issue on an XT1144. I'm able to run the autorun.brs download from the Carousel web gui interface, but I can't access any of our players via a web browser.
