Trouble Uploading Presentation

I currently am using a LS424 unit and have it connected with BrightAuthor:Connect. I was able to register it and push new setup preferences such as where the web folder is and how the data should be obtained to the device without issue but I am unable to load a presentation to the device.

I am using Simple File Networking and have a web folder that I can upload data to using ftp. When trying to load a presentation directly from the BrightAuthor:Connected the process throws and error and nothing gets sent through the ftp although all the information is correct.

I thought that instead I could do the old method that worked with BrightAuthor where you can save it locally and then load it onto the ftp manually. I did that and all the files are accessible on the web folder but when I take a snapshot of the player it still says "congratulations your brightsign player is setup please use BrightAuthor:Connected to publish content via Simple File Networking".

Can the upload to the ftp only be done through the software? I am not sure if I am missing something obvious. Any help or tips on how I can troubleshoot this further would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Nate

Have you tried rebooting the player?
If you still have trouble, open a support ticket as we'll likely need access to your BSN.cloud network and the URL where you're uploading the files.

I have rebooted it a few times, this time it is just hanging on the local file network setup. I will open a ticket.

    Thanks,
